How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. Online bookings need at least 1 hour notice. For something sooner, call or WhatsApp (617) 394-8787 and we will do our best.
How much does a ride cost?
Every ride has a fixed price shown before you book. Short trips in Boston start at about $80 in a black sedan and $90 in a black SUV. Logan Airport to the suburbs typically runs $95 to $185 by sedan. See our fare table.
Are there extra fees?
Card payments carry a 3.2% processing fee. Gratuity is not included.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. For Logan pickups we track your flight, so if it lands early or late your chauffeur adjusts. You do not need to call us about delays.
Do you serve areas outside Boston?
Yes. We cover Greater Boston and the first- and second-ring suburbs, including Cambridge, Waltham, Woburn, Lexington, Burlington, Winchester, Bedford and Billerica. See Areas We Serve.
What vehicles do you use?
Premium black sedans and black SUVs, maintained to top standards. Choose an SUV for groups of up to 6 or extra luggage.
Sedan or SUV: which should I pick?
A sedan is ideal for up to 3 passengers with normal luggage. Pick an SUV for larger groups, several big suitcases, ski bags or car seats.
Are your drivers professionally trained?
Yes. All our chauffeurs are screened, insured and trained in luxury service.
How do I pay?
Book and pay by card online at luxeblackdiamond.com/book. Corporate clients can ask about monthly invoicing.
Do you offer hourly service?
