Luxe Black Diamond LLC provides black car transportation services in the Boston Greater Area. Our services are available by prior reservation, subject to vehicle availability.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept credit and debit cards for payment.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a non-refundable charge equivalent to the full booking fee.
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must adhere to all laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

Wearing seatbelts at all times.
Respecting the driver and maintaining proper decorum.
No smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances inside the vehicle.

Failure to comply may result in service refusal without a refund.

6. Liability & Limitation of Damages

Luxe Black Diamond LLC is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, vehicle breakdowns).
We are not liable for personal belongings left in our vehicles.
Luxe Black Diamond LLC reserves the right to modify routes for safety or efficiency.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs data collection, usage, and security.
